Jam Vision X Sbrusset ndi magalasi a dzuwa amene amaphatikiza luso ndi kapangidwe. Mbali yakutsogolo ili ndi mawonekedwe achilengedwe opangidwa ndi makina a 3D printing, zomwe zimapangitsa kuti pakhale kamangidwe kochepa koma kolimba. Mbali za kumanja ndi kumanzere (temples) zimadulidwa pogwiritsa ntchito laser kuchokera ku chitsulo chosasunthika chobwezeretsedwanso (recycled stainless steel) ndipo zimakutidwa ndi golide wapinki (rose gold). Chogwirizanitsa chapadera cha maginito chopanda sikulu (patented screwless magnetic hinge) ndicho chimalumikiza zigawozi, ndipo chinayesedwa pofunika kupinda kwake maulendo 100,000. Chogwirizanitsa chomwechi chimalola kuti mbali za temples zichotsedwe ndi kusinthidwa, ngakhale ndi munthu wovala magalasiwo mwiniwake. Njira yopangira zinthu mwa kuwonjezera zigawo (additive manufacturing) pamodzi ndi pulogalamu yopangira malinga ndi zofunika za munthu (made on demand) zimachepetsa kutayika kwa zinthu pa moyo wonse wa chinthucho.

Jam Vision X Sbrusset Magalasi a Dzuwa ndi mmodzi mwa opambana a Mphoto ya Chitsulo ya A' Design Award, kuzindikirika kolemekezeka komwe kumaperekedwa kwa mapangidwe abwino omwe amakwaniritsa zofunika za akatswiri ndi za makampani zomwe zimayembekezeka kuchokera ku zolengedwa zopangidwa bwino. Opambana a Chitsulo amaonetsa luso lalikulu, ukatswiri wapamwamba, kumvetsetsa kwa akatswiri ndi mphamvu yolenga ya opanga awo. Jam Vision X Sbrusset Magalasi a Dzuwa akuyembekezeka kukhala cholengedwa choyamikiridwa kwambiri, chosirira ndi chokondedwa chomwe ndi chothandiza ndi chatsopano. Mapangidwe opambana Mphoto ya Chitsulo ya A' Design Award awa amaphatikiza machitidwe abwino kwambiri a makampani ndipo ali ndi makhalidwe a ukadaulo oyenerera olumikizidwa ndi chidziwitso ndi luso. Thanks to patented screwless magnetic hinge, 100% recycled stainless steel temples, additive manufacturing and made on demand program, we ensure to limit the waste as much as possible, during the whole cycle of the product.

- The challenge was to create with a very restricted toolkit (to reach a really sustainable product), a product that precisely looks like a product obtained without any constraints.

- The design research started with the technical specifications. The toolkit construction (reduced to the max) were the starting point, directly in 3D, as fixed points... And then, free creativity, to create path that rely technical points, to free lines.

- The inspiration flow comes to reach the frontier between art and design, between pure creation and design to specs project. The sunglasses takes direct inspiration from my personal art project, "Breath Of Life", that illustrates all the choices and path we are making during our life and that defines human we are. This inspiration mix with a strong specifications needs in order to offer a fully sustainable eyewear. In the end, an eco-responsible product that has much more to tell...
- Nthawi ya Polojekiti
- This project was made in 6 months, between Lyon in France, and Dubai. Drawings phases were made in Dubai, inspired by the energy there. The R&D was made in Lyon, with all the machines.
- Mdondomeko ya Ntchito
- The magnetic patented hinges was tested 100.000 folding with keeping the same performance. Impossible to loose the axis, so the functions is highly reliable. Could also permit an easy temple removal for after sale service or temple exchange, even by the consumer.
