Whyte Woolf er et treningssenterinteriør i Xi'an, Kina. Senteret dekker 2300 kvadratmeter inne i et stort kommersielt kompleks med blandet bruk. Designet kontrasterer referanser til gammel østlig kultur med moderne vestlig industrikultur. Fargene på tak, gulv, vegger og møbler holdes enhetlige for å skape et sterkt, samlet visuelt inntrykk. Materialene inkluderer miljøvennlig lateksmaling, speilblankt rustfritt stål, naturlig kompositt tregulv og mosaikk av glasert murstein. Planløsningen ble utviklet gjennom befaring på stedet og tredimensjonal modellering.

This project is in the inland central city of Xi 'an, which is the very famous ancient city of Chang' an in the Tang Dynasty in history, And the downstairs of the club is the Temple of Heaven, the historical relic of Xi'an. The altar is the place used by ancient people to pray for safe and prosperity, a complete symbol of agricultural civilization.
The western part of China refers to the vast region with Xi'an as the leading west. The West in the Chinese refers to Europe, to the west of Xi'an. However, the funny thing is that the invasion of this more western civilization is not from the west of Xi'an, but from sea in the east, known in history as "imported culture", that is, European civilization. Relative to the ancient "Eastern civilization "it is also called "western civilization" because it in the western part of China.
The idea is to use a modern western civilization to collide with an ancient eastern civilization, which is the dramatic effect that I want.
