Book Text: Het ontwerp onderzoekt hoe ruimtelijke beleving de afgifte van dopamine kan stimuleren en zo het geluk in het dagelijkse werk kan vergroten. Het kenmerkt zich door een lichte, open en vrije sfeer die interactie en creativiteit aanmoedigt. Mobiele kantoorfuncties doorbreken de routine en bevorderen innovatie, terwijl flexibele indelingen inspelen op functionele behoeften en de communicatie verbeteren. De bedrijfsfilosofie is geïntegreerd om een vreugdevolle, mensgerichte omgeving te creëren. Natuurlijk licht wordt op grote schaal benut; in het zuidwestelijke gedeelte bevinden zich vaste werkplekken, en kleine vergader- en telefoonruimtes gebruiken transparant glas om de openheid en ruimtelijke flow te behouden.
