Aurora Pony is een elektrische crossmotor ontworpen voor kinderen en tieners. Het hoofdframe en de voorvork zijn gemaakt van aluminiumlegering, gevormd door vloeibaar smeden, wat de structuur licht en sterk houdt. Dubbele schijfremmen en een dubbel schokdempingssysteem ondersteunen het rijden op uiteenlopend terrein. Een startknop vereenvoudigt de bediening, en lichtstrips verbeteren de zichtbaarheid in het donker. Het waterdichte batterijcompartiment biedt plaats aan één of twee batterijen voor een grotere actieradius. De vormgeving is geïnspireerd op de lijnen van het noorderlicht.

To address that, this product optimizes the layout of its control area based on the habits of children and teenagers. The cool light strips enhance nighttime visibility, whose combination with a GPS positioning system, an auto power off feature for dragging and fall protection, and an anti theft functionality improves safety of use.

Projectduur: The project started in September 28th, 2023 and finished in December, 2024. The product is planned to be exhibited at TAIPEICYCLE in March, 2025, followed by appearances at EUROBIKE in Frankfurt in June, and at the two wheeler exhibition in Milan, Italy in November.
Werkproces: The dirt bike adopts a dual shock absorption design, and can adapt to various terrains, ensuring safety on bumpy roads. The application of dual disc brakes and an off road suspension system further enhances riding safety and user experience. The product supports flexible switches between single battery and double batteries to enhance endurance. The built in battery compartment, waterproof and impact resistant, minimizes damage from emergencies and extends the service life of the bike.
