Sunlit Path is een vierverdiepingen tellend villa-interieur gelegen in de bergen van Noord-Taiwan. De woning beslaat 353,1 vierkante meter en maakt gebruik van verspringende niveaus en open overgangen in plaats van een conventionele verticale indeling. De begane grond bevat de garage, hal en bergruimte. De tweede verdieping omvat de woonkamer, eetruimte en een barcounter die verbonden is met een buitenterras. De derde en vierde verdieping herbergen slaapkamers, een inloopkast en een studeerkamer. Sycomore houten oppervlakken en een donker grijstintenpalet bepalen het interieur. Kattenrekken en een op maat gemaakt trapplatform bieden huisdieren de vrijheid om zich vrij te bewegen.

Hosting and Social Spaces: The second floor prioritizes socializing, with a dining area and bar for over ten guests, a built-in wine cabinet, and hidden storage, combining elegance with functionality.
Pet-Friendly Design: Cat perches and a custom staircase platform allow feline companions to move freely, maintaining a clean, minimalist aesthetic.
Afmetingen & Verpakking: The four-story villa spans 353.1 square meters, featuring a fluid circulation system that replaces a conventional vertical layout with staggered levels, open transitions, and interconnected stairways. The ground floor serves as an entry hub with a garage, foyer, and storage. The second floor is the social core, where the living room, dining area, and bar counter connect seamlessly to an outdoor terrace. Thoughtfully selected materials enhance its aesthetic appeal, reinforcing the villa's cohesive and harmonious design.
