Sime Darby Kia is een kantoorinterieur in Taiwan. Het ontwerp beslaat 859,5 vierkante meter verdeeld over twee verdiepingen, waarbij de verkoopafdeling zich op de ene verdieping bevindt en de administratie op de andere. Elke verdieping beschikt over een pantry en een loungeruimte aan de raamzijde met zitplaatsen voor zes tot acht personen, bedoeld voor pauzes en informele bijeenkomsten. Lage scheidingswanden vervangen de standaard tussenwanden om open communicatie tussen de zes afdelingen te bevorderen. Glazen wanden laten natuurlijk licht doordringen tot in de kantoren en vergaderruimtes. Een vergaderzaal voor 34 personen is voorzien van verstelbare wanden. Houttinten en witte afwerkingen weerspiegelen de identiteit van het bedrijf.

Unieke Eigenschappen: The office spans two floors: one for sales and the other for administrative functions. Each floor has a dedicated pantry with essential appliances, window-side lounging areas, and seating for 6-8 people, serving as both relaxation and informal meeting spaces to encourage team interaction. Lower partitions replace typical 140-150 cm dividers, fostering open communication. Wood grain and white finishes reflect the company's identity. A 34-person meeting room with high-speed connectivity and adjustable partitions ensures flexibility and functionality.
