Dit project betrof de renovatie van een woning uit de jaren negentig, die oorspronkelijk een emblematische, hoogwaardige architectuur van Braziliaans design uit dat decennium vertegenwoordigde. Gezien het belang van de architectuur bleef de ingreep beperkt tot het interieur, met als doel het karakter uit de jaren negentig te behouden en tegelijkertijd de ruimtes naar hedendaagse normen te actualiseren. De aanpak hield rekening met de oorspronkelijke ontwerpintentie en verbeterde de functionaliteit en het comfort zonder de architecturale essentie aan te tasten.
