Over Beiguan Li Zakelijk Gemeenschapsgebouw

Beiguan Li is een kleine stedelijke culturele en commerciële gemeenschap gebouwd in Qiqihar, China. Het terrein beslaat 10.000 vierkante meter en ligt nabij Bukui North Street en het nabijgelegen meer. Verschillende afzonderlijke gebouwen overlappen elkaar en zijn samengevoegd tot één gemengd, open en doorwaadbaar geheel. De indeling vormt talrijke relatief zelfstandige ruimtes die in elkaar overvloeien, zodat bezoekers kunnen verblijven en deelnemen aan lokale activiteiten. Een terraspark aan het meer, een buitenplein en meerlaagse binnenplaatsen maken deel uit van het ontwerp. De kleurtoon is een eenvoudig koel grijs, en daglicht verlicht de ruimtes.
