Over Xiaosai Gidsrobot

Xiaosai is een gidsrobot ontworpen voor tentoonstellingsruimtes en openbare bezoekersgebieden. De robot combineert vertaal-, uitleg-, navigatie- en nachtpatrouillefuncties in één compact lichaam van 550 bij 400 bij 620 millimeter. De behuizing en bovenkant zijn gemaakt van ABS met een gelakte metallic afwerking, de basis is van polycarbonaat en de vier wielen zijn gemaakt van TPE. Bezoekers roepen de robot met hun stem en volgen hem naar een gekozen locatie, waar een lcd-scherm en een stem de uitleg geven. Een geprojecteerde waarschuwingslijn markeert het tentoonstellingsgebied, en de robot keert terug naar zijn oplaadpunt wanneer de batterij bijna leeg is.

Inspiratie: Government public administration agencies in many countries and regions have gradually realized the harm of overtourism. After taking management measures such as erecting warning signs, increasing manpower diversion, and cleaning, the results were minimal. I wanted to use the power of technology to change this and reduce the damage to natural monuments and cultural relics, so I created this robot that can take over the repetitive tasks of watching and carrying people, inspired by my visit to a crowded net red card area
