Over Sama Muziekpaviljoen

Sama is een paviljoen ontworpen voor straatmuziekoptredens. De vorm en materialen van Sama verbeteren de akoestische kwaliteit en verspreiden geluid gelijkmatig, waardoor een enkel focuspunt wordt vermeden. De structuur bestaat uit een metalen frame gevuld met eco-brick materiaal, aan de binnen- en buitenzijde bekleed met een microcementlaag. Zonnecellen op de buitenlaag leveren de benodigde energie voor verlichting en elektrische apparatuur. Het paviljoen biedt musici en instrumenten bescherming onder verschillende weersomstandigheden. Sama meet 15 bij 15 bij 6 meter en kan op verschillende locaties worden gebouwd.

Unieke Eigenschappen: Sama is a space for performing street music. In terms of material and form, it's designed to increase acoustic quality and proper performance in different weather conditions. with its special form, Sama prevents the focus of sound and causes the integrated play of sound, and provides a suitable space for musicians and listeners of street music.

Productietechnologie: Samas structural system consists of a metal frame filled with eco-brick material.

Ontwerpuitdaging: Sama is not an architectural building on a specific land, but a public pavilion that should be able to be built in different places. This was the biggest design challenge. The design team's response to this challenge was Sama's adaptive design. The use of economical and light materials was also helpful in this regard.
Onderzoek: Examining the needs of street musicians and the existence of many problems with the sound quality during the performance, we began to search for a solution to this problem in the field of acoustics.
The parameters involved in acoustics, should be designed according to Sama's performance.
Formal research was started on the dome of Iran's historic mosques, and according to Sama's different acoustic needs, the form was designed with many changes in that form to avoid creating a focal sound.
