Over Stanley 2701 Hanglamp

Stanley 2701 heeft eenvoudige, strakke lijnen, een monolithische architectuur geïnspireerd op de mysterieuze zwarte monoliet in Stanley Kubricks film 2001: A Space Odyssey. Het is ontworpen met bijzondere aandacht voor de unieke geometrie, die directe downlighting en indirecte zijverlichting mogelijk maakt. Milieuvriendelijk, de ophanging is gemaakt van recyclebaar aluminium. Bij het inschakelen verschijnen er zachte, geleidelijke lichtlijnen op de zijvlakken. Het biedt de hele dag een prachtig spel van licht en schaduw. De Stanley lampen kunnen alleen of in groepen gebruikt worden.

Unieke Eigenschappen: The Stanley collection has simple, clean lines. It has been designed with particular attention to its unique geometry, which allows direct downlighting and indirect side lighting. The lights are environmentally friendly and made from recyclable aluminium. This 45 cm high lamp is very decorative even when it is switched off and offers a beautiful play of light and shadow throughout the day. When lit, soft, gradient lines of light appear on the side surfaces.
The Stanley pendant light can be used alone or in groups, forming a harmonious path of light, perfectly balanced in the space.

Productietechnologie: Made from black anodized aluminum for optimum weight, the whole luminaire has been designed without any welding points, giving the impression of a monolithic shape. The whole unit is held together by an invisible screw system. The matt, anodized finish evokes a mineral texture. The powerful LEDs integrated in the heart of the blades create a perfect symbiosis between the design and the light source.
Ontwerpuitdaging: Made from black anodized aluminum, the suspension is very light and manufactured without welding points using a complex mounting system that allows easy access to the light source, and easy repair if necessary, making it a durable pendant light.
Onderzoek: The luminaire has been designed with particular attention to its unique geometry, which has allowed for a variety of designs and lighting with the same geometric concept, resulting in the Stanley collection.

Inspiratie: Fascinated by the relationship between light and shadow, form and reflection, Nicolas Boon creates graphic lighting with spectacular visual effects. The object and the effect it produces are at the heart of his research. The simple and pure lines of the Stanley collection perfectly embody the studio's philosophy: to create simple and authentic objects that are both functional and aesthetic. A monolithic architecture with a soft and pleasant light, reminiscent of the mysterious black monolith in Stanley Kubrick's film 2001: A Space Odyssey.
Projectduur: The project started in October 2018 and finished in June 2019 in Luxembourg.
Werkproces: The Stanley suspension offers a beautiful play of light and shadow throughout the day. When illuminated, soft, gradated lines of light appear on the side surfaces. The pendant light has been designed to provide both direct downlighting and indirect side lighting. It gives off a pleasant, soft light that creates a warm and friendly atmosphere in your home. The lightness of its volumes gives the illusion of floating in a mysterious, almost magical way.
