Over Laguna 182 Woongebouw

Laguna 182 is een woongebouw in Itajaí, Santa Catarina, Brazilië. De toren telt negenentwintig verdiepingen en eenenveertig appartementen die zijn ondergebracht in veertien verschillende plattegronden, met twee appartementen per verdieping. Gebogen en golvende lijnen geven de gevel vorm. Uitkragende betonnen terrassen wisselen van positie op elke verdieping, zodat elk appartement een eigen tuin heeft. Natuurlijke begroeiing groeit over het gebouw. De materialen omvatten beton, glas, keramiek, verzinkt staal, aluminium composietmateriaal en gecertificeerd hout. Het ontwerp streeft ernaar de milieu-impact te verminderen en een gevoel van gemeenschap te ondersteunen.

Unieke Eigenschappen: Through an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.
Afmetingen & Verpakking: The development consists of a residential building with twenty-nine floors, two apartment per floor. totalizing 41 apartments on 14 different floor plans.

The choice of materials reflects its design: white; green (from natural vegetation), marble accompany the lightness of the project and the wood brings in its base, on the first floor, a warm color, a necessary human invitation on the building's sidewalk.
