Over The Z Shaped Creation Woongebouw
De Z-vormige Creatie is een bioklimatologisch woongebouw in Fasoula, Cyprus. De witte Z-vormige vorm bepaalt de morfologie van het gebouw. De interieurruimtes zijn ingericht als volumes die in de holtes van de witte vorm zijn geplaatst. Het ontwerp volgt eenvoudige geometrieën in een minimalistische benadering, met zichtbaar beton, grote houten oppervlakken en een neutrale witte kleur. Het huis beslaat 230 vierkante meter verdeeld over drie niveaus, een kelderverdieping en twee bovenliggende verdiepingen. De kelderverdieping is in de helling ingebed, herbergt de parkeerplaatsen en is opgetrokken uit natuursteen metselwerk.

- Unieke Eigenschappen
- A bioclimatic house in Fasoula, where the creation of a white Z shaped form, characterizes the morphology of the building. The spaces were translated in volumes which created a composition that was placed into the cavities of this white form. The design is moved by simple geometries touching the modern minimalistic trends, which led to the use of exposed concrete, large wooden surfaces and the use of the neutral white color.

- The design started in 2017, and the construction in 2019. The project was completed in 2020.
- Werkproces
- A minimalistic three-level house, placed in a slope, with the parking spaces made in the earth, as a basement. This was built with stone masonry, willing to highlight the relationship between the building and the environment and to create a solid morphological base for the development of the design, which is moved by simple geometries touching the modern minimalist trends.
