Over Wings Woonappartementencomplex
Wings is een woonappartementencomplex bestaande uit twee 25 verdiepingen tellende torens in Taichung, Taiwan. Het ontwerp ondersteunt ontspannen vakantiewonen in natuurlijke omgevingen zoals waterkanten en parken. Golfachtige vormen geven de gevel vorm en blokkeren direct zonlicht, waardoor de belasting van de binnenairconditioning wordt verminderd. Elke woonruimte beschikt over voldoende ventilatie, natuurlijk licht en weids uitzicht. LED-verlichting wordt tijdsgebonden aangestuurd om energie te besparen. Planten op elk balkon en inheemse bomen op de begane grond dragen bij aan een natuurlijk ecosysteem.

- The lighting equipment is mainly LED light, which is controlled by the time period to achieve energy-saving effects. The wavy shape has visual beauty and useful function, can block direct sunlight to avoid increasing indoor air conditioning load.

- Plants are planted on each balcony to form an ecological island-hopping environment, and a large number of ground floor plants are mainly planted with native tree species and butterfly-trapping plants to form a natural ecology. - Naturally ventilated light wells can increase the daylighting of the parking lot, and can remove part of the exhaust gas from steam and locomotives, reducing the use of mechanical intake and exhaust equipment. The rainwater and domestic miscellaneous drainage recirculation system is adopted, and the water tanks are concentrated on the basement raft foundation after filtration treatment, which is used as landscape planting and irrigation to reduce water waste.

- Designed with modern wave-like shapes, two 25-story twin-star residential buildings are designed. Each living space has sufficient ventilation, natural lighting and wide viewing horizons.
