Huaxing Zhongrui Nordic Park is een verkoopkantoor gelegen in het district Fushan, Yantai, China. Het interieur beslaat 1221 vierkante meter en volgt de ronde vorm van het gebouw. De indeling waaiert vanuit het middelpunt van de cirkel naar buiten uit in plaats van een traditioneel lineair plan te gebruiken. Bezoekers betreden een kunstlobby met een zwevende kunstinstallatie en bereiken vervolgens een centrale maquettezone met een presentatiestand die aan alle zijden open is. Een onderhandelingsruimte biedt plek om te praten en te ontspannen. De gebruikte materialen zijn onder meer glazen bouwstenen, roestvrij staal, houtwerk en wandbekleding. Ook zijn er verborgen lichtstrips en metalen roosters toegepast.

Projectduur: It was completed in August, 2019, which had lasted for 60 days.

Werkproces: Stepping into the art lobby, the art installation "Ancient Temple Wonderful Spring" hung in the middle is like the historical ring of Fukuyama culture. Extend the space and come to the central sandboard area. The 360° all-round booth can be a macroscopic whole.
