Shinsun Majestic Mansion is een residentieel landschapsontwerp gelegen in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. Het project beslaat een oppervlakte van 3.197 vierkante meter. Het ontwerp beoogt een leefruimte te creëren die uiteenlopende activiteiten en sociaal contact ondersteunt. Natuurlijke, ecologische en culturele elementen worden gecombineerd in een moderne en eenvoudige stijl. Een matglazen sfeermuur bij de ingang vergroot het gevoel van ruimtelijke schaal. Matglas en glazen bakstenen vormen veranderend licht en schaduw. Contrasterende materialen en zwart-, wit- en grijstinten geven de tuinen een kalm en verfijnd karakter.

Unieke Eigenschappen: The landscape design aims to improve a diversified social experience, to build a living space with various activities, and to create an ecological, natural and cultural living conditions to enhance project value.
Afmetingen & Verpakking: The project covers an area of 3,197 square meters. In order to stretch the visiting flow and experience, a special matte glass scenery wall is set at the entrance, which greatly expands the spatial scale.

Productietechnologie: In order to create an open and transparent space, special matte glass and glass brick materials are used in the processing of the scenery wall to create a good light and shadow space and artistic atmosphere, and introduce the spirit of simplicity, purity and freedom into reality.

Inspiratie: The design is inspired by people's visual preferences in a modern and simple way, and it has created a new image of urban residences in a simple method.
Projectduur: The project started in August 2019 and finished in June 2020 in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China.
Werkproces: The design brief focused on how to highlight the project space characteristics, how to make nature and landscape coexist, how to integrate art into life, and how to create an introverted, refined and modern lifestyle.
