De World Industrial Design Conference is een visueel identiteitssysteem dat is ontworpen voor een wereldwijd evenement op het gebied van industrieel ontwerp. De letter I in het conferentielogo is uitgerekt tot een lichtkegel, het belangrijkste ondersteunende grafische element van de identiteit. De lichtkegel staat voor industrie, integratie, internationale uitwisseling en innovatie. Lichtkegels in verschillende kleuren stijgen omhoog en vertegenwoordigen ontwerpers, ontwerpinstellingen, productiebedrijven en universiteiten. De identiteit wordt toegepast in vlakke grafische vormgeving en in driedimensionale animatie, volgens een reeks ontwerpstandaarden.
