Dette er et butikk/fabrikk-prosjekt som produserer og selger Mizunasu, en japansk spesialitet. Interiøret i butikken er enkelt og utformet i et moderne rom hvor man kan kjenne japanske elementer. Eksteriøret, som kan sees fra veien foran, står i kontrast til det vindusløse fabrikkområdet på høyre side, mens butikken på venstre side har en åpning med innsyn til butikken, utformet for å tiltrekke kunder. Et annet materiale er brukt som aksentelement i midten, og designet tar hensyn til balansen mellom venstre og høyre side.

In contrast to the factory area, which does not have large windows, the store has a large opening that overlooks the store, and is designed to encourage the guidance of customers. By placing a solid wall as an accent in the center, the design is well-balanced.
