Dwar Gemdale Inner Peace Ċentru tal-Marketing

Gemdale Inner Peace huwa ċentru tal-marketing ta' 550 metru kwadru ddisinjat b'kurvi kontinwi moderni u l-kuluri tat-te u l-ilma. Netwerk strutturat ta' pilastri jaqsam l-intern fi tliet żoni funzjonali separati iżda kontinwi. Fl-assi tad-daħla, iż-żona tal-mejda tar-ramel hija mgħottija b'mirja griżi li jiffurmaw lag ta' mera, u nkandli f'forma ta' qatra jiddendlu fuqha. Fis-sala tat-te taż-żona tal-laqgħat, is-saqaf jinżel fil-ħajt u huwa mifrux b'toqob żgħar tondi. Bar tal-kotba b'saqaf u ħitan f'forma ta' mewġa jħares lejn is-sala tat-te.

Proprjetajiet Uniċi: The overall plan relies on the arrangement of structured column network, and divides the space into 3 separate and continuous functional areas. With the entrance as the axis, the area sand table is topped by grey mirrors, forming a mirror lake. Drop-like chandeliers pour down, hung in the sky. In the tea room of the meeting area, ceiling falls into the wall, which is scattered with round holes like salmon roe. Tea tables with tea sets are silently integrated into the modern curvilinear form.

Tea tables with tea sets are silently integrated into the modern curvilinear form. The book bar on the right side of the entrance is opposite to the tea room on the left. Compared with the tea room, the book bar is a little less brown, but with the wave-shaped ceiling and wall, it turns into a wide open charming spaces.
Sfida tad-Disinn: The largest challenge is how to make all necessary functions perfectly integrate with the space in the limited area. Besides, the application and production of curved elements are also the difficult part in the construction.
Riċerka: Looking for today in the context of history and continuing history in contemporary life. Using the unique space design, the designer launched a dialogue between ancient and modern.
The client hoped the core of traditional culture could be shown in the commercial sales centre in an implicit not dramatic way so as to match the identity of educated people. Thus, the designers sought inspiration from Chinese traditional elements and fluent curved elements from natural mountain and water landscape.

The white wavy louvers transformed from the facade of the original neoclassical style have great visual appeal but also reveal the secular purity like water waves.
