This villa has three floors above and two below, offering an open-plan living area, study, large ocean-view bedrooms, a home theater, tea room, and more.

For the building's facade renovation, narrow-framed, seamless, and sleek aluminum frames paired with large-sized ultra-clear glass were chosen for minimalist doors and windows. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide natural light and sea views, enabling indoor enjoyment of the landscape.
2.Minimalist Design:
Utilizes modern minimalism to highlight the seascape, reducing clutter and centering on ocean views for a natural connection.
Tul tal-Proġett: The project began its design phase in Shanghai, China, in October 2022 and was completed in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China, in June 2023.
