Dwar Longwan Three Realms Ċentru tal-Bejgħ

Longwan Three Realms huwa ċentru tal-bejgħ li jkopri 480 metru kwadru. It-tqassim juża mogħdijiet ta' ċirkolazzjoni biex jaqsam iż-żoni funzjonali u jiggwida lill-viżitaturi. Sistema ta' gradilja tal-injam magħmula apposta tagħlaq l-ispazju filwaqt li tibqa' permeabbli, filwaqt li żżomm il-qafas oriġinali tal-bini u tnaqqas l-elementi miżjuda. Materjali b'kwalitajiet naturali huma stratifikati biex jinvolvu l-vista, il-mess u x-xamm. Art b'mużajk tal-ġebel imfarrak terġa' tuża l-iskart tal-ġebel u tevita s-sensazzjoni kiesħa tal-irħam jew il-madum standard. L-installazzjonijiet artistiċi huma magħmula mill-polpa, materjal riċiklabbli u faċli biex jissawwar. Id-disinn għandu l-għan li jwassal emozzjoni kalma u pożittiva.

Proprjetajiet Uniċi
Designer has no intention to contribute to creating fantasy, selling anxiety, and strengthening involution. What they are thinking about is how to convey positive and soothing emotional power through space. For example: "As long as continue to improve, life will eventually show its infinite possibilities." And like: closeness, determination, tranquility, elegance, extension, upward, and enlightening abstract vocabulary are the keywords for design.

Teknoloġija tal-Produzzjoni
The mutual harmony, layering and echoing of different materials provide guidance for the slow release, rise and circulation of emotions. In this project, a large number of materials and textures with natural affinity and vitality are selected to awaken the rich experience of perception, touch, smell and other senses. For example, as the representative of the reuse of stone waste-the crushed stone mosaic floor, it is different from the cold feeling of standard marble or ceramic tiles.
Sfida tad-Disinn
It is particularly worth mentioning that many of the art installations in this project have adopted the new material "pulp". The environmental protection, recyclability, plasticity, and even the sense of literature and art of pulp are worthy of favor, but it also brings unpredictable variables, and these are also real-time problems that designers need to control and solve.
Riċerka
The use of moving lines to divide functional areas and guide paths is the most appropriate method in a sales center project. However, the design of moving lines must also deal with the balance between openness and privacy, closeness and distance. What is more important is the question of scale based on human measurement. Because different scales will trigger different emotional cognitions, the scale of this project is expressed in the familiarity of the subtle residential scale. For example, the large wooden grille system customized by the designers for this project has become the solution to this problem.
Ispirazzjoni
The name of the Longwan "Three Realms" project is derived from the poetry Wang Guowei's work "Poetic Remarks on the Human World": "From ancient times to the present, people who can achieve great careers or become a scholar must undergo three levels of cultivation." The location of this project is a place with high-quality educational resources in the city, and the target customers is also middle-class and above families with strong educational needs.

Fluss tal-Operazzjoni
The heavy wooden volume satisfies the enclosing function of the wall, and at the same time has sufficient permeability. This not only solves the problem of retaining the original building frame and reducing additional items, but also brings a new plasticity of the efficiency and temperament of the functional space. Where to stretch? Where to transition? Where to extend? Where is the function important? Where to lay out the vision? These degrees of freedom have been greatly expanded.
