Proprjetajiet Uniċi: The first floor is shaped according to the living scenes and moving lines. The porch faces the central courtyard, and the pine trees form a natural picture in the window with the shadow of trees and clouds.
A sunken living room and a dining room is planned next to the courtyard, separated but not sealed, which looks very spacious and bright.
The basement, which begins with three atriums, is designed with the theme of leisure and sports, and planned with natural lights.
