Culture to Technology Identity ialah sebuah poster yang direka untuk dipamerkan dalam kotak cahaya di perhentian bas. Pada bahagian atas, aksara Cina bagi Anhui dibingkaikan oleh kontur klasik seni bina Huizhou, mengimbau sejarah dan budaya serantau. Aksara tersebut berubah secara beransur-ansur menjadi litar, dan berakhir dengan empat aksara Cina bagi Hefei High Tech. Poster ini berukuran 60 kali 90 sentimeter. Ton biru bergradasi dicetak dengan cetakan tindih warna khas (spot color overprinting), dan garisan litar disalut dengan varnis UV setempat untuk kesan timbul.

This progression illustrates the shift from cultural imagery to technological representation, forming the visual centerpiece of the entire composition.
