Cabaran Reka Bentuk: The primary challenges for DA26 Arch, lies in creating a universal gender design that evolves with the changing lifestyle requirement throughout the day. The key also lies in finding an ideal form factor that can offer both mobility and capacity that will make the bag practical in real life use.
Penyelidikan: The research designing the DA26 Arch is centered on studying the lifestyle of specific target users. By observing 8 hand-picked users throughout their day (mixed gender, age between 18-34, living in the city and minimalist style) the designer was able to obtain an understanding of the user's lifestyle, carrying requirement, as well as style requirement as their lifestyle preference that evolves throughout the day; from commute to work and, subsequently, afterwork recreation.
