Mengenai Casa Della Quercia Vila Keluarga Tunggal

Casa Della Quercia ialah sebuah vila keluarga tunggal yang dibina di atas tapak bukit berpanorama dengan sebatang pokok oak berusia berabad-abad. Satu-satunya tingkat atas tanah meliputi keluasan 105 meter persegi dan mengandungi dua bilik tidur, sebuah dapur, ruang tamu yang luas serta dua bilik air. Kolam renang terletak di halaman belakang yang terlindung dengan mikroiklim yang sesuai untuk musim peralihan, membolehkan halaman rumput di hadapan kekal terbuka. Sebuah lubang cahaya pusat membawa cahaya dan udara ke bilik-bilik di tingkat bawah tanah. Dinding mempunyai ketebalan 53 sentimeter dengan 16 sentimeter penebat, manakala pam haba berfungsi untuk sistem pemanasan dan penyejukan lantai bawah. Bumbung rata pula memudahkan kerja penyelenggaraan.

Ciri-Ciri Unik: Land well exposed and panoramic with a centuries-old oak. Cabaran Reka Bentuk: The project had a difficult bureaucratic process due to the choice, unusual in Italy, of the flat roof because the architecture with the flat roof is seen as strange, due to the continuous proliferation of houses with "non-habitable" attics that have lowered the quality real estate aesthetics. Inspirasi: The Italian rationalist houses of the thirties were the inspiration behind the design. The simple volume has been designed to avoid thermal dispersions. The flat roof allows for easy maintenance. The careful study of the interiors has allowed the creation of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room, 2 bathrooms in just 105 m2. Large windows for a feeling of continuity between inside and out. On one side the panorama and on the other a vast sheltered space.
Tempoh Projek: Moncalieri (Torino), Italy.
