Sunny House adalah reka bentuk dalaman unit model yang dicipta untuk mempamerkan susun atur kediaman kepada pengunjung. Ruang ini meliputi 380 meter persegi. Tona cerah mendominasi bahagian dalaman, dengan aksen logam gangsa dan kayu walnut yang mencerminkan suasana oriental. Corak marmar kelabu hangat berkontras dengan kawasan luas kain dinding berwarna kelabu dan dinding kayu walnut gelap. Elemen Cina dan ciri bandar moden digabungkan dalam satu suasana untuk mencipta persekitaran yang tenang dan elegan. Semua dinding dibuat daripada konkrit, justeru reka bentuk ini menonjolkan kawasan terbuka serta perincian yang halus.
