Komi ialah sebuah kereta elektrik padat dengan tiga pintu dan empat tempat duduk. Panjang keseluruhannya kurang daripada tiga meter, yang sesuai untuk kawasan bandar yang sesak dan ruang letak kereta yang kecil. Badannya dibina dengan proses penyetempelan dan lebih daripada enam puluh peratus keluli berkekuatan tinggi untuk melindungi penumpang. Sistem kawalan kestabilan elektronik, sistem brek anti-kunci dan brek letak elektronik disepadukan. Kelajuan maksimum ialah 120 kilometer sejam dan julat pemanduan mencapai 300 kilometer.
