Renovasi Teater Besar Yongqing Fang ialah reka bentuk dalaman untuk pusat pameran dan promosi pelaburan di Guangzhou. Teater ini merupakan mercu tanda Yongqing Fang di Jalan Enning, sebuah jalan lama yang telah diubah suai dan terkenal dengan jenama warisan lama serta pelancongan. Reka bentuk ini menonjolkan kontras antara elemen lama dan baharu. Isipadu berbentuk kotak menyusun ruang tidak sekata seluas 334 meter persegi. Tingkat bawah menempatkan pameran projek, manakala tingkat atas digunakan untuk rundingan. Bahan yang digunakan termasuk venir kayu, cat putih, panel aluminium hitam dan jubin kelabu. Pintu keluli dan kaca berfrosta menghubungkan ruang dalaman dengan jalan.

In recent years, Enning Road has been renovated, and gradually developed into a famous street full of time-honored brands that focuses on the tourism industry, even claimed as "the most beautiful old street in Guangzhou". As the Grand Theateris one of the landmarks of Yongqing Fang, the client expected to revitalizeit and make it serve as the investment promotion center of the whole renovation project.

Inspirasi: The designers used the contrast of the old and the new, the past and the present to renovate the interior space. At the same time, various elements like light and shadow, and reality and fantasy are applied into the design.
In terms of space planning, boxes are used to form different functional divisions that can present changeable space structures while unifying the irregular spaces. The 1F is mainly used for project exhibitions. While the second floor is primarily designed for negotiation.
