बिनहाई सेकंड सब हे तियानजिनमधील एक नेत्रचिकित्सा केंद्र आहे. या अंतर्गत जागेचे क्षेत्रफळ ३७३ चौरस मीटर असून यामध्ये वैद्यकीय, किरकोळ विक्री आणि कलात्मक घटकांचा संगम साधण्यात आला आहे. दर्शनी भागाचा आकार साधा असून त्यात गतिशील रंगबदल दिसून येतात. संक्षिप्त वक्ररेषा अंतर्गत मांडणीशी एकात्मिक करून जागेला आकार देण्यात आला आहे. मर्यादित क्षेत्राचा पुरेपूर वापर करणारा स्पष्ट परिसंचरण मार्ग तयार करण्यात आला आहे. दुसऱ्या मजल्यावर तपासणी केंद्र आहे, जिथे विस्तारित रचनेमुळे शांत आणि मोकळे वातावरण निर्माण होते. यामध्ये वापरलेल्या साहित्यांमध्ये लाकूड, धातूचे छत, हिरवीगार रोपे, विद्युतीकृत नॅनोमीटर काच आणि सानुकूलित चामड्याचे सोफे यांचा समावेश आहे.
