Пастер бол гэрийн хэрэглээнд зориулагдсан ухаалаг тараг хийгч төхөөрөмж юм. Энэхүү хэрэгсэл түүхий сүүг зөөлөн пастержуулах зорилгоор халааж, дараа нь исгэхэд шаардлагатай температурт барьж байлгадаг. Автомат удирдлага нь гар аргаар буцалгах үйл явцыг орлож, ингэснээр ашигтай бактерийг устгах, түүнчлэн сүү наалдах, халин гарах зэрэг асуудлаас сэргийлдэг. The aim is to make yogurt in the easiest and healthiest way possible without deviating from the traditional yogurt-making culture.

Making yogurt at home in the traditional way results in uncontrolled boiling, which kills beneficial bacteria. Personalized programs can be set through the Pasteur app. Offering customization gives the user experience and allows them to achieve the desired taste and consistency when pasteurizing raw milk in a controlled manner.

Үйл ажиллагааны урсгал: The process of making healthy yogurt begins with heating natural raw milk to the appropriate temperature in a pot, a step crucial for pasteurization. However, this can lead to overflow and sticking if not monitored carefully. After ensuring the milk is pasteurized, it is left to cool, which can take a long time if covered to prevent dusting. This extended cooling period may cause the milk to sour depending on room temperature. Pasteur make all of them automatically and healtier way! Additionally, the product supports experimentation, allowing users to try yogurt or recipes using different milk types such as goat or buffalo.
