Realm of Inspiration Оффисын дотоод засал төлөвлөлт тухай

Realm of Inspiration нь Тайваны Синьчу хотод байрлах 66 хавтгай дөрвөлжин метр талбай бүхий ажлын орон зайн оффисын дотоод засал төлөвлөлт юм. Байршлын төлөвлөлт нь оффисын хэсэг, багийн хэлэлцүүлгийн хэсэг, зоогийн газар гэсэн хэсгүүдэд хуваагдана. Мод, хөнгөн цагаан хүрээтэй шилэн хавтан, металл элементүүд, уран сайхны бүрхүүл болон системийн шүүгээнүүд нь орон зайн бүтцийг тодорхойлдог. Анхны хоолой шугам сүлжээ болон ханын анхны бүтцийг хадгалсан. Бага зэрэг өндөрлөгдсөн шал нь оффисын хэсгийг зурвасаас тусгаарладаг. Багийн хэлэлцүүлгийн хэсэг нь байгалийн гэрэл авахын тулд цонхны талд байрладаг. Хог хаягдлыг багасгах зорилгоор одоо байгаа тавилгыг шинэчилж дахин ашигласан.

Realm of Inspiration Оффисын дотоод засал төлөвлөлт нь A' Design Award Хүрэл шагналын ялагч бөгөөд бүтээлч чанар, овсгоо, цэцэн ухаанаараа ялгарсан шилдэг загварт олгодог маш нэр хүндтэй хүлээн зөвшөөрөлт юм. Хүрэл ялагчид бол хангалттай ур чадвартай, гайхалтай бүтээлч ажил бөгөөд зохион бүтээгчдийн өргөн туршлага, төсөөлөл, самбаатай байдлыг баталдаг. Realm of Inspiration Оффисын дотоод засал төлөвлөлт нь өндөр үнэлэгдсэн, биширсэн, хайрласан зүйл, мэдэгдэхүйц мэргэжлийн, шинэлэг байх болно гэж хүлээгддэг. Хүрэл шагнал хүртсэн энэ загвар нь урлаг, шинжлэх ухаан, загвар, технологийн шилдэг туршлагыг шингээж, нарийн ширийнд анхаарал хандуулснаараа тод юм. Өвөрмөц шинж чанарууд: Through use of wooden material, aluminum-framed glass panels, metallic items, artistic coating, and system cabinets to delineate spatial textures, the whole space is expanded to allow workers and customers to feel the cozy environment that is high-end in quality, dark and rich in color.

Үйлдвэрлэлийн технологи: The layout of the working space is divided into office area, team discussion area, and the office pantry. With the slightly elevated flooring extending to the aluminum-framed glass slide doors at the end, the office area is differentiated from the aisle. The metallic shelving solves needs of display and the boundary between living and working.
Дизайны сорилт: Beside choosing eco-friendly materials, the company continues to apply the materials and furniture they used to have while moving to this new office. By redecorating and renovating them, these furniture can last longer to create a much sustainable value. Instead of excessively decorating the space, the design aims at reducing unnecessary waste.
Судалгаа: Through particular application of color palette, it divides the function use of the office area. With sufficient lights that illuminate the industrial styling space, textures and lines outline it and soften the overall achromatic colors' bulkiness. The sitting area's color echoes with the black ceiling and dark flooring, which contrast with the white aisle. The restroom is renovated by removing the original tiles and coated with clear lacquer.
Урам зориг: Decorating the working environment with an American Industrial interior style, the designer applies diverse materials all over the place for a design-thinking-friendly environment. Keeping the original pipelines and the initial texture of the wall, the precise yet vigorous design presents the quality texture of the natural and organic space.
Төслийн хугацаа: This project is finished in February 2022 in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
Үйл ажиллагааны урсгал: Considering the traffic flow and the long-narrowed office space, the designer applies more lines to extend the spatial perception. The team discussion area, on the other hand, is arranged in front of the window, to make it nicely illuminated. When clients visit, they could feel relaxed discussing all the needs and ideas.
