Smart City Үзэсгэлэнгийн дизайн тухай

Смарт Сити бол Израилийн Тель-Авив хотод зохион байгуулагдсан хотын инновацийн олон улсын үзэсгэлэн, чуулганд зориулан бүтээсэн үзэсгэлэнгийн дизайн юм. Уг дизайн нь 3000 ам метр талбайг хамарч, бүртгэлийн танхим, VIP амралтын өрөө, бизнес уулзалтын өрөөнүүд, чуулганы тайзууд болон хүндэтгэлийн арга хэмжээний талбайг багтаасан. Дизайны үзэл баримтлал нь улам бүр хотжиж буй дэлхийн дээгүүр сүндэрлэх босоо хотын санаанд суурилсан. Жинг хөнгөн байлгах үүднээс өлгөгдсөн болон геометрийн элементүүдийг хөнгөн цагаан, плексиглас болон торон материалаар хийсэн. Хэвлэмэл хивс, гэрэлтэй хайрцгууд болон ногоон ургамлын суурилуулалтууд орчны бүрдлийг гүйцээж өгсөн.

Smart City Үзэсгэлэнгийн дизайн нь A' Design Award Алтан шагналын ялагч бөгөөд нэгдүгээр зэргийн, гайхамшигтай, гарамгай загварт олгодог маш нэр хүндтэй хүлээн зөвшөөрөлт юм. Алтан ялагчид бол маш шинэлэг, алсын хараатай, нүд гялбам гэрэлтсэн бүтээл бөгөөд зохион бүтээгчдийн авьяас, мэргэн ухаан, ур чадварыг тусгадаг. Smart City Үзэсгэлэнгийн дизайн нь хамгийн их магтагдсан, чиг хандлага тогтоогч, хөшөө мэт шинэ бүтээл болж урьд өмнө байгаагүй үнэ цэнийг бий болгоно гэж хүлээгддэг. Алтан шагнал хүртсэн энэ загвар бол урлаг, шинжлэх ухаан, загвар, технологийн хил хязгаарыг тэлдэг гайхамшигтай, үнэлэгдсэн төсөл юм. Smart City Үзэсгэлэнгийн дизайн хүчтэй хүсэл төрүүлж, хүсэл тэмүүллийг сэдрээж, бүтээлч сэтгэлгээг урамшуулж, байлдан дагуулдаг.

Өвөрмөц шинж чанарууд: The design project was related to the annual international Municipal Innovation Exhibition and Conference focusing on areas pertaining to smart cities- innovation, environmental issues and approaches to urban planning, transportation etc.
The design brief aimed to create an experience on 3000m2 where the visitor would be embarked to discover an innovative approach of the city.
The theme around sustainability and innovation stamped the concept and design in the registration hall, the vip lounge, the b2b meeting rooms, the conferences stages and the Gala event venue.
Хэмжээ & Савлагаа: Wood, printed canvas wall, on which we attached 3 D cut out letters framed by led lights, formed the background of the registration and self registration desks.

Үйлдвэрлэлийн технологи: In order to avoid heavy weight hanging, materials like Aluminum, plexiglass, mesh, were used to create all hanging and geometric elements. The furniture, props, lighting and LED screens were hired. Personalized and printed carpets covered the exhibition hall flooring. Installations made out of greenery and vegetal were spread out all over. Extra-large size decorative gates as well as 3D letters were made out of thick printed cardboard. Aesthetic and modern floral compositions completed the decoration in the conference halls and VIP lounge.
Дизайны сорилт: The most challenging part was finding a design concept different from any previous design concept used for this fair. The most important aspect was the design had to heighten the public perception and awareness of the MUNIEXPO.One additional challenge was to find the right materials which would help us create the vision of the design accurately without being neither too heavy nor too expensive, so they can pass all authorizations.
Судалгаа: The research began with analyzing innovation and news of the moment around the city of tomorrow, smart city, sustainability etc.
The design was intended to drive the visitor into the city of tomorrow he came to discover through the different showcases, international developers and product representatives. To relate the theme to this industry, series of settings were built under the vertical city concept for the exhibition treatment. Selected colors, textures and lighting elements were used to refer to the innovative/futuristic and ecologic side of the project.
Урам зориг: Inspiration for the MUNIEXPO design concept derived from the topic of innovation pertaining to Smart Cities. This led us to creating a 3D design to stimulate the imagination of the visitor with the feeling of finding himself in a city of tomorrow.
Land is becoming scarce as the world's population grows and environmental changes shrink the amount of livable space on Earth. Build up seems to be a solution for Sustainable Living, hence Vertical city above an increasing urbanized world.
Төслийн хугацаа: The project duration was 4 months from initial briefing to onsite completion. It was launched on the 18th of February 2020 and ran for 3 days. Only 2 days were allowed for the move in and onsite set up. MUNIEXPO was located at the Tel Aviv Fairground in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Үйл ажиллагааны урсгал: The flow starts with a modern registration and welcoming hall, where led light designs, decorative gates and large size installations were spread out to draw the attention of the visitor. Inside the exhibition hall dramatic lighting and interactive experiences enabled a heightened visual story telling experience. A hall for speakers with a mix of urban sustainable and futuristic look was accessible from the exhibition space.
The second floor was reachable from the welcome hall.
