Sapphire Орон сууцны дотоод засал тухай

Sapphire нь Тайваны Тайбэй хотод байрлах орон сууцны дотоод засал бөгөөд бүтээлийн хэмжээ ойролцоогоор 83 хавтгай дөрвөлжин метр юм. Уг орон зайд орох хаалга, зочны өрөө, хүлээн авалт хийх өрөө, гал тогоо, хоёр унтлагын өрөө, хоёр угаалгын өрөө багтдаг. Анхны гурван унтлагын өрөөтэй төлөвлөлтийг хоёр унтлагын өрөөтэй болгон өөрчилж, нийтийн орон зайг өргөтгөж, гэр орны нийгмийн харилцааны үүргийг сайжруулсан байна. Цэнхэр өнгийн аясыг гөлгөр бетонтой хослуулж, царс мод, тик мод, модны нимгэн хавтан, керамик хавтан, металлтай нэгтгэсэн байна. Цэвэрхэн шугамууд, зөөлөн урсгал зохион байгуулалт, далд хадгалах орон зай, захиалгаар хийсэн тавилга нь тайван бөгөөд уужим орчныг бүрдүүлдэг.

Sapphire Орон сууцны дотоод засал нь A' Design Award Төмөр шагналын ялагч бөгөөд сайн зохиогдсон бүтээлээс хүлээгддэг мэргэжлийн болон үйлдвэрлэлийн шаардлагыг хангасан сайн загварт олгодог нэр хүндтэй хүлээн зөвшөөрөлт юм. Төмөр ялагчид бүтээгчдийнхээ агуу ур чадвар, өндөр мэргэшил, мэргэжилтний ойлголт, бүтээлч чадавхийг харуулдаг. Sapphire Орон сууцны дотоод засал нь өндөр үнэлэгдсэн, биширсэн, хайрласан, практик, шинэлэг бүтээл байх болно гэж хүлээгддэг. Өвөрмөц шинж чанарууд: The design the design team chose to use cold colors to create Loft American style residence for the clients . The overall design is composed by clean lines, smooth circulation, and hidden storage configuration. The space is carefully planned as a laid out so that everyone can feel a spacious and comfortable form the moment they step into the house. The specially customized furniture give a sophisticated sense of luxury and the visual perception.
Хэмжээ & Савлагаа: The floor area is about 83 square meters and the layout consists of entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

Дизайны сорилт: Trying to expand the overall activity area has become one of the design priorities, especially because the client gives the design team an opportunity to create freely. At the same time, the client also hopes to receive guest and friends inside the house to show their personal charm through the appearance of the home itself. The design team needs to communicate with the client starting the early planning stage, and use 3D rendering to ensure that the design able to fulfill the clients need, and create a comfortable gentleman like environment through the bold color matching.
Судалгаа: This project is based on the calm blue and fair faced concrete design, supplemented by the warm wooden material and delicate furniture. The delicate design elements show the clients high preference, so that high standard living taste can be seen everywhere; such as from the custom made furniture in the living room, dark wooden ceiling, simple and clean appearance of the guest bathroom, everything shows the unique and personal taste of the client. In addition, the bedroom is designed with a modern and gorgeous feeling, showing the warmth, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere.
Урам зориг: The overall is dominated by blue and cold water model that symbolize restraint and low-key life, and complemented by dark wooden furniture to create a home full of taste and texture. The master plan outlines a gentleman-like home style through clean lines, spacious area, and customized furniture. It is hoped that the client can have a relaxing environment after work, and at the same time can serve as an ideal home to the client and guests.
Төслийн хугацаа: The project finished in January, 2019 in Taipei, Taiwan.
Үйл ажиллагааны урсгал: After considering the needs of the client, the design team adjusted the three-bedroom layout into two-bedroom layout configuration, changing the entrance area to be a public area not just expanding the activity are but also enhances the social function of the house, so the client can enjoy more spacious and comfortable space while receiving friends and relatives.
