The studio of the future is expected to be intelligent, flexible, and secure, while also giving individual employees a space of independent work privacy. 55% of US workers say collaborating with others is harder when working from home. In the old office model, offices were always divided into functional blocks. How can we help them make the office module more dynamic so that employees feel productive? When the company sets up the office layout in the early stage, it needs to spend a lot of energy on the infrastructure construction, the construction of all kinds of infrastructure, and the company's network platform. Both time and money are significant costs. What can we do to help the company cut costs? I conducted some user surveys to find out their demands for the current working environment and their working status, and to get an in-depth understanding of their different needs at work.
