Tantang Crowd Gathering of Dots Instalasi Seni

Crowd Gathering of Dots adolah sabuah instalasi seni nan dicipto untuak lobi sabuah hotel di Tainan, Taiwan. Karya iko malingkuangi permukaan sabanyak 100 meter persegi. Bola-bola keramik buatan tangan disusun di sapanjang dindiang untuak manggambaraan aliran sarato tagangan ruang dari sabuah karumunan urang nan bakumpua. Satiok bola diberi lapisan glasir hitam mangkilek nan mamantulkan bayangan tiok pangunjuang nan tibo. Dek karano bola-bola tu dibantuak jo tangan, satiok bola punyo perbedaan nan haluih antaro nan ciek jo nan lainnyo. Kaki-kaki dari perunggu jo ameh manahan bola-bola tu di tampeknyo, sadangkan proyeksi cahayo mancipto bayangan tigo dimensi nan sanantiaso baubah.

Sifat Unik: This work aims to express the flow and spatial tension between the cells of the group, using the black glazed cells on the handmade ceramic spheres to translate the difference, but different tourists who come to the hotel for the warmth of their stay. With the handmade made bronze and gold delicate feet holding up the ceramic sphere, the light projection presents a rich and three dimensional light and shadow changes.

Teknologi Produksi: This installation art piece, Crowd gathering of dots, is full of strong emotions and strength, it creates a natural and beautiful visual experience for travelers. No matter what the purpose of the traveler is, they can find their spot here in this hotel.
Tantangan Desain: As we are also interior designers and relative experience in dealing with this art installation on marble walls, we understand its rigidity and the fixation mechanism behind the walls. We were able to design a point-to-point space, while at the same time presenting our ideal image of the visitor.
Penelitian: Lake Shore Hotel is located in Tainan, a friendly city with a rich history, heritage and culture. We choose to make the ceramic balls by hand, because handmade, so every point is different and organic. Because it is made by hand, the production outcome is with its own characters. The surface is covered with a glossy black glaze, reflecting each visitor own look.
Inspirasi: A journey is a rhythm of life, which to some extent must be suspended from the reality of life, just like a migrating bird that changes with the seasons.
A hotel is the stopping place of the trip, just like the warm south where the migrating bird resides. Lake Shore Hotel in Tainan, where the local customs are friendly and mild, is the station that makes travelers feel a sense of belonging.
Durasi Proyek: Finished in 2019 in Lake Shore Hotel, Tainan City, Taiwan.
Alua Operasi: By pre-planning the walls, we are able to control the layout of the whole picture and the right proportion of the units. To control the ceramics balls producing in the same shape and glaze color, but this is also a fascinating aspect of handcraft.
