Desain Layanan untuak Pendaftaran Perguruan Tinggi adolah suatu sistem layanan nan diciptakan untuak maso pendaftaran di sabuah universitas. Desain ko manggabuangkan platform kolaborasi daring jo ruang luar-jaringan. Di platform tu, staf dari babagai departemen basamo-samo manambah jo mamuktakhirkan informasi modul sarato statistik nan manjadi tangguang jawab masiang-masiang. Di ruang luar-jaringan, alaik saroman peta perjalanan (journey map) mambantu analisis, diskusi, jo pangambiakan kaputusan. Mahasiswa manarimo layanan konsultasi, penerimaan pandaftaran, bimbiangan dari kawan sabaya, sarato brosur penerimaan. Tujuannyo adolah untuak mampaelok karajo antara departemen sarato manguraangi kacamehan mahasiswa.

- The entire process consists of an online collaboration platform and offline space. The online collaboration platform allows executives to jointly add and modify the module information they are responsible for, as well as statistics data to complete their work efficiently. They can analyze, discuss and make decisions based on the information in the offline space, which provide a series of tools such as journey maps, and other methods to assist them in their judgment.
- Tantangan Desain
- Information islands and lack of effective communication are the main facing problems. Design in traditional Chinese university is subject to many administrative constraints. It is not easy to start service design at a university for the first time, especially to allow members of different departments to discuss together and participate in the process of service design-it is completely different from previous university meetings.
- Penelitian
- The project is based on the method of service design, and the research objects include two main groups: students and staff from multiple departments.
Desktop research has given us the perspective and research methods of cross departmental collaboration and student service. Participatory observations and interviews help us understand the current situation of cross-departmental work and the demands of students. - Inspirasi
- We worked on this project in most departments of the school. It intends to promote the university department to understand the needs of students and provide services to help students eliminate their anxiety during the enrollment period.
In this project, we transform the work department into an organic aggregate, that allows different departments to collaborate and solve problem together. This allows the department to connect students in a sustainable way and provide the services they need. - Durasi Proyek
