Ko Irozuki he maramataka pakitara e huri ai te tae ia marama. Ka whakaatu ia marama i tētahi tae me tētahi āhua rerekē, nō reira ka noho te maramataka hei whakapaipai tae kikorangi i roto i tētahi rūma ngāwari te āhua. Ka mutu tētahi marama, ka nekehia te rau kua oti ki muri o te maramataka. Whai muri i ngā marama e ono, ka hurihia ngātahitia ngā rau katoa, ā, ka puta mai tētahi ano huinga tae. E ono noa ngā pepa tā e whakamahia ana mō ngā marama tekau mā rua. Ko te rahi o te maramataka he 220 mm i te 260 mm. Ko te pukoro he āhua puāwai, ā, kua kotihia mai i ngā pepa rua kia mau tonu ai te hanga i runga i tētahi atu whakaaturanga.

E tūmanakohia ana ko Irozuki Maramataka he mahi whakanuia, whakamīharotia, aroha nui, he whaihua, he auaha hoki. As the seconds tick away and every season’s transition, the calendar lives with you through the year.
Every month the calendar shows different colors and expressions.
We wish every one of your lives turns colorful.

Hangarau Whakanao: How to use
Step 1: When the month is over, bring the finished one to the back of the calendar.
Step 2: After 6 months, bring June to the back of the calendar.
Step 3: Turn over all papers together and the rest of 6 months starts with Irozuki.
You can enjoy the different colours every month after bringing a piece of the calendar to the back. 6 months later, another colour combinations will appear for you.
We could make this changing point by using only 6 papers for 12 months.
Wero Hoahoa: The package design part was the most challenging point of this. We wanted to pack this calendar like a flower but it was very difficult to keep their flower shape because it must be hung.
So we designed a flower-shaped package’s basement with double cutting papers.
Then we could keep it like a flower on any display.
Rangahau: We went to lots of stores and exhibitions related with calendar and lifestyle for researching about colorful calendars and products. And our friends’ houses as well, for researching reality. Then we figured out a colorful calendar would be able to be a colorful interior/product cheaper than stylish designers products.
We believe a simple lifestyle, a simple interior are very good choices. But we decided to make Irozuki as a beautiful spot color like a cool interior product.
Whakaaweawe: We aim to make a calendar like monthly flowers.

Roanga o te Kaupapa: This project term was from October 2019 to November 2019 in Tokyo, Japan.
