- The greatest challenge in this project was integrating high end modern luxury with the emotional warmth and cultural elements of oriental design. Balancing these contrasting aesthetics while maintaining functionality posed a significant creative hurdle. Additionally, sourcing and customizing premium materials that would complement both the historical and contemporary design elements required careful planning and consideration, ensuring that each piece enhanced the overall atmosphere of the space.
- Rangahau

Insights gained from the research emphasize the importance of blending artistic expression with functional needs to craft a holistic living experience.
- Whakaaweawe
- The project draws inspiration from the surrounding waterfront and urban vitality of suhe bay. By blending modern luxury with oriental aesthetics, the design emphasizes the harmonious coexistence of art, nature, and everyday life. - The space functions as a seamless flow from one area to another, integrating formal and informal zones. Each area such as the living, dining, and family spaces invites natural interaction while maintaining a sense of privacy and elegance.
