Hangarau Whakanao: This series of illustrations and expressions is drawn by illustrator vector design software. It has been produced by a high level of printing and manufacturing technology to show the detail of the beautiful and delicate illustrations, which can also be used in a variety of media for promotional purposes. The hope is to show the great impact of art while demonstrating the charm of the illustrations themselves.
Wero Hoahoa: This 'Cherish Food' illustration is designed to reflect the growing process of grains, incorporating Chinese 'idioms' in the design and using them to reflect the hard-won nature of grain. The final blend of connotation and aesthetics is achieved through translation and procreate software.
Rangahau: Cherish Food is one of our traditional virtues and is useful in the construction of the contemporary concept of sustainable development, which is represented by the fact that food is an important part of 'clothing, food, housing and transport'. The illustration shows the growth of food in chronological order, which makes the purpose of the design more intuitive and clear to the viewer. This contributes to our aim of urging people to save food and promote the concept of sustainable development.
