The project focus is to activate the vitality of the city and reshape the spirit of the site, the facade design of the project adopts international modern style, and uses the aesthetic sense of architectural lines to reflect the sense of future, flow and technology.
Refy & Fonosana: The project is located in Xincheng District, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, the covering an area of about 17520 square meters, the project scale is 19510 square meters.

Teknolojia Famokarana: The facade design of the project adopts international modern style and uses the aesthetic sense of architectural lines to reflect the sense of future, flow and technology.
Fanamby Endrika: The key to hiding buildings in greenery is the compatibility between buildings and greening. According to the geographical location of the project, it is located on the bank of the river. The waterproof and moisture-proof performance of the building during construction is a major difficulty.
Fikarohana: The project is located in Xincheng District, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. Covering an area of about 17,520 square meters, it is part of the industrial city integration urban renewal project. Designer Peng Xiaohua hopes that it will be different from the pure display demonstration area landscape in the traditional sense, so that the park can truly light up the urban waterfront life.
