Ir paredzētas atsevišķas zonas reģistratūrai, viesu tikšanās vietai, sanāksmju telpai, biroja darba vietām, uzglabāšanai un atpūtai. Flīzes un metāla apdares elementi veido nodalījumu līnijas, savukārt orientēto skaidu plātņu (OSB) izmantošana kalpo kā neapstrādāta virsmas apdare. Lielas baltas virsmas, marmora raksti un dabiskais apgaismojums saglabā atklāto plānojumu skaidru un pārskatāmu.
