Book Text: New Universe ir dzīvojamā ēka, kas atrodas Kaohsiungas pilsētā, Taivānā. Dizains apvieno Art Deco stila detaļas ar vienkāršu mūsdienīgu stilistiku. Ēkas ārējā apdarē izmantoti lineāri elementi, rūpīga amatniecība un dekoratīvo materiālu un krāsu kombinācija. Ēkas pamatne veidota no gaiši melna granīta, bet gravēti koka faktūras ķieģeļi piešķir papildu tekstūru. Unikālās īpašības: The design project of this residential architecture represents the low-key luxurious Art Deco and the Simplicity Style that, after being combined with the exquisite craftsmanship, are applied on the building exterior construction with the linear elements of the simple style and the Art-Deco skills. Other than showing the simplicity style, the integration of decoration materials and colors embellished on the exterior create the delicate appearance.

Ražošanas tehnoloģija: The balconies are decorated with the verdant plants, the transparent glass parapets, and the classical panel grilles.
