Par One Verdi Park Jaukta tipa apbūve
One Verdi Park ir jaukta tipa apbūves projekts Bukarestē, Rumānijā. Abos torņos izvietoti dzīvokļi, biroji un mazumtirdzniecības telpas, kopējai būvei aizņemot 42470 kvadrātmetrus. Konstrukcija veidota no dzelzsbetona pīlāriem un sijām. Fasādei izmantota ventilējama sistēma ar baltu šķiedru cementa apdari, savukārt augstas veiktspējas stiklojums uzlabo akustiskos un siltumtehniskos rādītājus. Abus torņus savieno debess dārzs un mazumtirdzniecības platforma. Zaļās terases un koplietošanas telpas veicina iedzīvotāju un darbinieku savstarpējo mijiedarbību.
