Par Casa Della Quercia Vienģimenes vila

Casa Della Quercia ir vienģimenes vila, kas celta ainaviskā pauguraina reljefa vietā ar simtiem gadu vecu ozolu. Iedvesma: The Italian rationalist houses of the thirties were the inspiration behind the design. The simple volume has been designed to avoid thermal dispersions. The flat roof allows for easy maintenance. The careful study of the interiors has allowed the creation of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room, 2 bathrooms in just 105 m2. Large windows for a feeling of continuity between inside and out. On one side the panorama and on the other a vast sheltered space.
Projekta ilgums: Moncalieri (Torino), Italy. The implementation of the project began in 2016 in February and the end of the works was completed towards the end of 2017; the planting of the garden with the planting of shrubs, perennials, bulbs, fruit trees was completed in 2019 and still continues with the implementation of species.
