Par MGY Base Biroja ēka

MGY Base ir biroja ēka apģērbu zīmolam Tokijā, Japānā. Projekta pamatā ir idea par slepenu bāzi, kurā cilvēki vēlas pulcēties. Galvenā stāva augstums ir 6 metri, un liela stikla fasāde rada pusāra telpas iespaidu. Tādu pašu tēmu atbalsta tīkla stiepļu konstrukcija jumta stāvā, industriālā stila apgaismojums, kā arī no dzelzs un sastatnēm izgatavoti aprīkojuma elementi. Ēkai ir dzelzsbetona konstrukcija, un tās kopējā grīdas platība ir 124 kvadrātmetri. Atvērtā interjera plānojums ir veidots, lai veicinātu komunikāciju un komfortablu darba vidi.

Unikālās īpašības: An office like a secret base where people would want to gather.
The novel corona virus has brought to light the necessity of communication in the office. Our design is an example of an answer to the problem.
MGY Base is an apparel brand office situated in Tokyo. The main floor is 6m high and its huge glass facade gives the impression of semi-outdoor space. Wire mesh used in the loft, industrial taste lighting, iron and scaffold used fixtures, and other details represent the secret base the client asked for.

We designed an office with these three points in mind to give a sense of the brand's personality.

Darbības plūsma: Efficiency from the management perspective, offices are increasingly being consolidated into urban areas and are expanding in size. At the same time, more and more start-up companies and companies with an awareness of design management are creating unique offices with an emphasis on quality and design. Against this backdrop, the COVID-19 has called into question the meaning of the office. This was an opportunity to rethink the meaning of working and gathering in one place.
