Medžio drožlių plokštės, mineralinė vandeninė dažų sistema ir akmens plastiko kompozitinės grindys užtikrina žemą formaldehido kiekį ir emisijų lygį. Minimalistinis požiūris atsisako nereikalingų detalių, tačiau išlaiko funkcinius elementus.
