Dizainas remiasi atmosferinės bibliotekos koncepcija, kuri sujungia tradicinės vietinės akademijos humanistinį charakterį su šiuolaikinėmis išmaniosiomis technologijomis. Rytietiška estetika lemia patalpų formavimą, o kontrastas, atvirumas, sklandumas ir tarpusavio integracija tvarko detales. Rami vidaus aplinka suteikia komercinei erdvei jaukumo, tinkamo skaitymui ir poilsiui.
