Apie Milano Living Green Gyvenamasis kompleksas

„Milano Living Green“ yra gyvenamasis kompleksas, suprojektuotas buvusioje pramoninėje Milano teritorijoje. Projekte pakartotinai panaudojamas esamos statybos tūris ir laikomasi plūduriuojančių sodų koncepcijos. Dviejuose pastatuose įrengti 51 skirtingo dydžio butai, kiekvienas su balkonais ir privačiais dvigubo aukščio sodais. Bendro naudojimo erdvės apima įėjimo prieškambarį, vidaus ir lauko poilsio zonas, vidaus baseiną bei didelius želdynus, apsodintus medžiais. Butai atitinka aukštus energetinio efektyvumo klasės standartus, o tai sumažina komplekso poveikį aplinkai.
