A platform for sharing, technology information exchange, flowing of ideas on creativity and ecology helps to demonstrate the verticality and focus of the cities.And the design created an unique form with unique characteristics such as lifting structure off the ground, interlocking and shifting forms.

- There were several challenges throughout the project, to establish versatile office area, to add vitality to public spaces in the industrial park, to create ecosystem, to make a sharing open and semi-open space.

- Run Science Park utilized surrounding industrial resources and infrastructures of Guangzhou Science City to establish the China Resources Land Industrial Cluster.
Dedicated to technical development in the field of internet industry, animation industry, and smart architecture the park encourages co working in enterprise, production, research and development to obtain results.

- To differentiate from traditional industrial parks with low connectivity
and to fulfill future requirements Run Science Park will have three distinctive functions, space for various exhibitions, office, and flexible usages.
