Design Erausfuerderung: The most difficult part of the design of the Corcovado Sofa was to balance aesthetic innovation with ergonomics. The creative challenge was to create a sculptural piece inspired by nature without sacrificing comfort. Obstacles included material and technology limitations for shaping complex shapes, as well as adjusting the design to meet ergonomic standards.
